Product Info
Peeled, washed, sliced, cooked and mixed with additives, but no added preservative (SO2). The dried potato flake products have been roller dried and are suitable for use in food products. Prepared from selected potatoes under sanitary conditions, food grade and GMO free.
You can re-hydrate the potato flake by adding cold water or hot water.
If you want to consume the product straight away, for best results:
• boil a pan of water (approx. 1 part potato flake to 3-4 parts water - use less for a stiffer mix),
• once boiling remove from the heat and wait until the water stops bubbling
• add the potato flake to the water and wait for a few seconds to allow the water to absorb in to the potato flake
• GENTLY stir with a fork, add a little butter and/or milk and season to taste
You will have the perfect mash potato.
You can repeat the process above, but with cold water, ready to be heated in a microwave when needed.
