Lightly peeled, washed, sliced, cooked and mixed with additives dried potato granules which have been pulverised and are suitable for use in food products. Prepared from selected potatoes under sanitary conditions, food grade and GMO free.

You can re-hydrate the potato granules by adding the dried potato to hot water.
If you want to consume the product straight away, for best results:
• boil a pan of water (approx. 1 part potato granules/powder to 3-4 parts water - use less for a stiffer mix),
• once boiling remove from the heat and wait until the water stops bubbling
• add the potato granules/powder to the water and wait for a few seconds to allow the water to absorb in to the potato granules
• GENTLY stir with a fork, add a little butter and/or milk and season to taste
if you are going to add milk, create a stiffer mix to start and the milk will help produce a softer, smoother result.
Note: adding boiling water directly onto the granules does result in a sticky mess as the cell walls are broken releasing more starch into the mix, therefore the gentle method described above should give you a good looking finished product.
