Sodium Caseinate has excellent emulsification functions as well as viscosity increasing, adhesive, foaming and foam stabilising functions. It can be used in meat, aquatic meat products, ice cream, biscuit, bread, noodles and other grain products. Sodium Caseinate also has all kinds of amino acids and as a food additive it is recommended by both the FAO and WHO. Other industries that use Sodium Caseinate for emulsifying purposes include medicine, tobacco, cosmetics and household chemical industries.
